It's been a long time since we visited this blog. I've gained 20 lbs as of Monday. Seems to be right on track. I can't believe I only have 6 weeks left to fill in the 40 weeks - which means I may have anywhere from 4 to 7 weeks!!! I am not ready! What have I been doing all this time?
Work is crazy - I have far too many things to do, and not enough time to do them!!! The trip to Cairo went smoothly - though it quite frankly exhausted me.
Baby shower planned by Nikki and Amy to be held on the 21st Feb - trying to go the eco-friendly way and say that gifts are not required, but if someone wants to bring one, used items are great. I think and Missy from work is also having a shower lunch for me on 12 February - which I think is very nice of her. I am paranoid that no one will even want to show up!
We've been terrible about documenting my expanding girth - but I am certainly getting larger. WB is also getting larger, and her movements seem slower but more powerful as she stretches to make room. I frequently feel what I think are her feet pressing against my left side and her back against my right as my stomach flattens and widens. She's great.
