contractions all over the place
somewhat of a pattern but hard to be sure. we're logging frequency and interval now
False Labor
Some funky things going on starting last night. The book alludes to false labor. FAUX labour as I like to call it.
Took Ben to the Vet yesterday to see Dr Ashley. Was telling her about the room, the pictures (like the one from KRistine's trip to Cairo; it's king and queen and she had the artist paint in our names in heiroglyphic. She responded that she grew up in Cairo. Her dad worked for Amoco at the time.
Then we chatted about names and I told her that WB's working name is Whitney Britney; fame and scandal.
Guess what? The three names that Dr Ashley's parents had picked out were Whitney Britney and Ashley.
Good thing she save WB for us!

Oh, and another thing. . .
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that Bob did a FANTASTIC job in WB's room. He's a superstar.

One week to due-date. . . Anytime now!
I thought maybe Sunday night/Monday was the day. Had contractions that were different than anything so far - started in my back and moved forward. BUT, they were sporadic and lasted only from 9 pm to midnight on Sunday. And the Bob with the snoring kept me awake a little longer until I moved to the spare bedroom. . . .
Monday was my last day having to drive to Laramie for awhile - YAY!!!!! I'm working in town now on special permission. . .
Tomorrow is an ultrasound and weekly appt. We'll see what's up with WB.
I've had a strange pain for the past few days in my upper left belly - like a sensitive spot - when I touch it and rub down, it hurts, and occasionally just on its own. . . very strange. It's more deep surface than internal, though, so wonder what's up. . .

3 star Room
These will go up with the crown molding. I just added a 4th (at an angle to the rest) for the small angled wall. Turned out well.
