Day three of our experiment. Roslyn did great at daycare (the drop off pick up routine seems to be fairly easy given enough lead time) Picked up the kid (Gary HATES when I say that about her) around 4:30 and we made it home with a nittle lap, little nap.
Knowing that she has a short attention span (even shorter than me) we mixed it up quite a bit tonight. A little chair, a little blankee (for some reason she just ain't happy here, Boo) a little pick me up. A little walk in the Bjorn with Ben around the neighborhood. Nice. A little bottle (4:40 was only 3 oz - 7:30 was a full 4.5 and fast)
then a little more pick me up and walk to see the garden and the lights. That did the trick.
Carolyn called and wanted to know if I needed help, food, relief. And I told her that we're good. And we'll see them all Wednesday AND Friday. Don't need a monday. So, me and Ros stuck!
she's crashed in her bed now. I've monkeyed with the air freshners (lavender oil) but only getting a faintness in the house. That works.
And now I should be off to bed, too. I'm betting on a Mezzanotte. Last night it was 8:30 to bed with 12:30. Tonight, it was just that much earlier. We'll see.
Bet...one wooden nickle.
thank you my good man.
