BLue Ceiling

the ceiling is finally complete and it makes a huge difference on the cozy scale for the room.

it's nice now.

soon, we'll have a crescent moon and a few stars and paint is just about complete.

Next up....furniture.

Lascaux

WB is going to be an OX in the Chinese Horoscope. Today on the Science channel was a piece on Lascaux and the cave drawings. Me thinks a replica of their ox is in order. KB and I decided on the outline piece (B&N has a great big book on Lascaux)

KB

KB has been in a good mood as of late. we think it's a function of sleep. she's been home (mostly) for the past two weeks. We go to bed early and she's been sleeping in way past me.

Tomorrow we start the driving again and will re-evaluate the mood after a few days of that.

She also noticed that she AND Ben don't have any redeye either. The drive? the being in the laramie house?

Baby's R us

Wow. made the first trip to that store. Sensory overload. what is whith all that stuff? I'm thinking we don't need to be in there. What we need, we can find on line and maybe only maybe we get the car seat there, because I saw a cool one that pictures can't help with.

LAter today we got some gifts from people we hardly know. Bibs, sippy cups (I have my own collection already) and a jumper that looks almost big enough for Ben.

Seriously, it's very nice of them to do that.

Onesies are a little wierd to me. those tiny little undies. Freaks me out.
