Here's the deal with this peach.

 

It was the fattest one on the tree (only three survived). KB let ros nibble on it and she loved it. The remainder came into the kitchen table. Had dinner all set, plates out, food ready. KB decides to cut the peach open and give some to Ros. Takes the knife to the pit, opens it like a book and out pour dozens of earwigs. Haven't seen KB just that high in ..... forever. Out the door this went and we chased earwigs around kitchen for the next half hour.

p.s. Ros just watched it all.
